Crews with Thomson Corder & Co. began the demolition of the old recreational buildings for Creekwood Thursday July 16, 2020. The demolition marks the start of the construction of Eden Village of Wilmington which is a local non-profit that will be building a 32-unit tiny home community to house the chronically and unsheltered homeless in Wilmington.
